I didn’t take offense. It’s not that all of what you’re saying is false. It’s just quite obvious that you have a very negative picture of humans and probably have been hurt. There really is a difference between west and east. In Czechia you can buy a driver’s license without a test or anything. Good luck trying that in Germany.
