Much better than pretending that you’re doing something while the billionaires laugh on their way to congress.

I appreciate you not escalating in response to my snarky comment with more snark or sarcasm.
On the subject: I agree that the system needs to motivate certain behaviors and disincentives others. But from the current point onwards in our cursed reality… I see no way this transition to such a system does not involve a violent revolution/uprising. I don’t see how we can even maintain such a system in the future without threat of violence towards those that put profits before everything else. I believe this because it took violence to take back 40 hour work weeks and paid vacations. Those seem trivial compared to a system overhaul from the current starting point.
You sweet summer child. You think billionaires don’t control things?
So your argument is that everybody is evil and thus we should give up voting and thus ensuring that there is no hope for democracy vs. Accepting even 1% chance that this election won’t change our future for the better?
White people and men don’t understand the glass walls others have had to endure. You should sympathize before thinking you’re the victim.
No you just start by marking all nodes as unvisited and perform a search from a random starting node. you store the current bfs set of vertices in a sorted datastructure. Repeat until there are no more unvisited nodes.
There shouldn’t be anything that requires the employee not be informed the next working day. If it’s such an emergency you can’t wait then you should call your doctor not your employee.
If it is a must need info you should have told it during regular work hours.
No it’s true. A relative of mine is like this as well, unfortunately.
When meta abuses entire countries and skirts regulations… i think a fucking $25 meal card is just petty bullshit.
Stop licking corporate boots.
Something answered by urban planning research papers. Need to read up on them myself.
I don’t see any comment asking to remove all cars from the roads. Only that viable alternatives to driving be made possible by sensible zoning instead of building everything solely to cater to cars.
Driving isn’t supposed to be as stressful as this comment put it. If it is then you shouldnt be allowed to drive.

I feel terrible because I didn’t buy even a card for my wife’s birthday. I just took her to her mother’s house. This was two weeks ago. I am still baffled why I didn’t buy flowers or something. My wife isn’t demanding at all.
Israel is capable of defending themselves. Nobody is asking to leave them defenseless. All everyone is asking is for an end to the bombing of gaza, and now even Lebanon.
You’re still nowhere near the expertise of doctors who go through nedical school for a decade or more and some even write papers for those peer reviewed journals. And some of their doctor peers review those papers before publishing journals.
Nobody is going to listen to you or some insurance company bean counter about medical advice over a qualified medical professional. They certainly should make it illegal for insurance companies to deny care contradicting doctors.
That’s what everyone here is advocating for… viable (includes mass transit like trains) alternatives to cars for transit. And sensible zoning policies that promote more denser hubs near railway stations.
Its sarcasm. All the theatre about voting third party doesn’t make sense because people could shut up and do that if they feel they want to make a change. The loud noise is most likely coming from people trying to derail one candidate or the other.
