Could you explain to me how simula’s implementation of coroutines differ from modern languages (be it stackless or stackful)? I tried to dig a little but didn’t find much and I don’t really have time to investigate further.

J’ai l’impression que tu rigoles en disant ça, mais je pense qu’on va de plus en plus voir apparaître des sites et plateformes qui se vendent comme source de contenus humains sans IA, ainsi que des listes de ces sites (les nouveaux annuaires) maintenus par de plus petits hébergeurs.

En tout cas, j’espère que c’est ce qu’on va voir parce que pour l’instant c’est principalement les gros acteurs qui préparent des choses pour asseoir leur contrôle sur le net libre (genre Google et le Web Environnement Integrity) en mode “tkt bro c’est pour les IA”, même si ils sont eux-mêmes créateurs des plus gros bots (Bard de Google mais je suis presque certain que Microsoft va sortir une merde à la WEI).

Et vu l’état actuel du référencement et des résultats de recherche, c’est vrai qu’on va droit dans le mur…

I fail to see the point of this blog post.
The example given makes no sense (maybe because it’s very simplistic, and a more complicated one would show the point better?), you would NEVER use .iter().count() if you had direct access to the Vec. The iterator is more general in this sense.

You would use it if, say, your Settings struct was generic over an Iterator type, and in that case it’s the whole point, isn’t it?? Like what???

Plus, I wouldn’t say this erodes type safety, it’s a lot more like a logic error.
