They’re painful but those are definitely people who have bad reactions.

Unfortunately fire ants are in so many places around the world now.

I hope Australia will be able to control the spread but it’s really hard to do.

If we don’t get the Voice through this referendum I doubt it would ever get through at least for a few decades in a second one. It’s either enshrine A Voice this time or nothing. Referendums are hard.

Got the sad news from my landlord that they’re going to have to sell this house. They just bought it last year and have been lovely. They really like us as tenants so I know that it’s not what they want to do.

Mortgage rate rises just mean they have to sell.

They given us a months notice.

But now onto the house search.

One of my friends started at my workplace. We work in an open office area and because of that I bought over ear earphones. It’s generally accepted that when someone is wearing them they’re trying to work.

My friend keeps coming over for a chat. Like not just a short one she fully sits down next to me.

I’m on a deadline so I think I’ll just be straightforward and tell her that if my headphones are on I don’t want a chat. Seems reasonable but I hate having these kinds of conversations…

Mint My Desk does stationery, but not great stationery. It’s cute but I’ve seen higher quality stuff elsewhere.

Millionlife is like the vending machine place, just has a bunch of pink vending machines, no staff.

The proliferation of Mint My Desk and Millionlife places is pretty insane. Seems like a Millionlife pops up wherever there’s a bit of empty retail space.

I would say Mint My Desk has some cute stuff but have never thought it was amazing quality or anything.

It’s Father’s Day! I work at an outdoor venue and we predict it’ll be chockers…

The ABC has been told by some local residents they have witnessed suspicious behaviour in the affected area.

One said they saw people with torches walking through the bushland at night.

Just wanted to point out walking around in bushland with a torch is actually something people who enjoy the bush do too… great way to spot animals is at night with a torch (referred to as spotlighting). It’s not really a lead…

Thanks for the supportive comments everyone. 🥹 I actually gave the FREE Nurse -On-Call service a ring as well, just because I started getting a bit worried after reading some other potential symptoms I might be having. Regardless the nurse was so thorough and amazing, and I didn’t have to leave my bed. It’s a free service and saves a trip to the doc (I’ll still go to change my birth control).

But anyway, +1 for free Nurse on Call.

Omg… It’s sugar week for me soooo

Been feeling like I have a massive constant headache lately, it’s a semi regular thing. Went to the pharmacist to renew my birth control and get some aspirin for my headaches. The pharmacist actually ran back up to me whilst I was paying to suggest that maybe I’m having a bad reaction to the birth control, it’s a potential side effect. I’m so grateful to her quick thinking. Heading back to my GP next week.

Honestly imo should be part of a semi regular clean. Maybe not every time but even the areas around the handle and light switch get grotty.
