You can find many public hosted instances here but some of them use Cloudflare because they fear DDoS attacks. So keep that in mind when choosing your instance. Best is to host your own instance.

Why don’t you use a sync tool to automatically sync your KeePass database when you’re home and just get rid of Bitwarden?
Edit: Or just use Syncthing to always keep your database on all devices in sync. You wouldn’t even need to open ports.

For YouTube on a desktop I use Piped (Instances). You’d need to create an account on one of the instances though to subscribe to channels if that’s an option. You can use this account on other instances. LibreTube for mobile uses the Piped API. If you just want everything managed locally on your desktop you can use FreeTube which uses the Invidious API.
Why the need for a specific mobile app for Mailbox? I use Mailbox in combination with FariEmail app on Android. It even supports PGP. Couldn’t be happier.
