The USSR was not communist. They had a communist ideology, sure, but the definition essentially comes down to a communist society being stateless while also being a dictatorship of the proletariat (that is, ALL the workers are essentially the leader at the same time and they make decisions collectively through direct democracy). And the USSR could only barely fit that definition for about one or two years before Lenin essentially steered it into a regular autocratic dictatorship with communist aesthetics.

At that point it’s potato, potay-toh. Marx and pretty much every communist philosopher defined it as stateless.

There is no state in a communist society.

This isn’t Battlefield. Guns don’t have a specific range where they’re more deadly, in fact every bullet fired gets weaker over distance the moment it leaves the barrel. From there the thing that matters is projectile drag, barrel length, type of rifling, and the gunpowder load.

People downplay gun violence all the time tho when it comes to either of those two things:
Like, a lot of gun control is just made to protect those who aren’t victims of either of those and are instead affluent suburban whites. The obsession with certain types of firearms, the obsession with the idea that ANY LAW no matter how bad it is will save at least one person, and all of those laws giving the police exemptions to own what liberals call “weapons of war” for free while regular people aren’t allowed to have them are clear examples of it.
Whenever I get the notification that the package is in route to my house I literally can’t stand still. It’s a curse.

I always thought it was kind of a terrible term even in my early days on the internet, but TERFs would indeed fall under this nowadays. But alas, the only people who used it were angry anti-feminists, so I think it’s never going to come back again.

Yeah, where do you think we are? lol

And that’s why everyone is sailing again.

I’m ass at coding and I still can, lmao

I’m stuck with Windows possibly forever or until maybe Valve manages to create a way for kernel based anti cheat to work on Linux, and also because of Clip Studio Paint.

Basically some videos were posted of the DOGE goons being interviewed under oath by a judge, and throughout the entire videos they act and look like complete fucking sociopaths swearing they didn’t do anything wrong and straight up confessing they didn’t know what they were cutting money for, just that Elon told them it had to go so they did it.

I kinda like this idea that some AI enemies in a extraction shooter are an actual threat. It makes opening fire more of a risk that you have to balance.
Altho I definitely do not like the extreme PVP encouragement, some people during the server slam were straight up killing the whole server by themselves.

Hey Sony, you know what’s going to happen?
People are just not gonna play those games instead of buying a PS5 to play them.
Congrats on setting your money on fire.

I actually posted about that like ten days ago LMAO

LOL shouldn’t have put all of your eggs in the basket of delusional billionaires who genuinely think their text prediction algorithm is sentient!!

literally me every day to the point a lot of people cut ties with me over this. Like, don’t pause for three straight seconds and then proceed to speak up again the MICROSECOND I talk!!
They sort of were. They just didn’t have a word for it.
