No the best exercise is exercise. The best way to way to moderate calories is to “push away the table.”

Sidestepping the point with a wall of text just adds credence to my assumptions. You are coping. The most movement the average American adult sees is walking to their vehicle and back. Your idiotic story about yourself just proves me right, thank you. Laziness is a massive problem.
You literally did. In the 50’s and 60’s people weren’t fat because they physically spent the calories they consumed and ate in moderation. It’s not any different for people at a healthy weight today. Blaming food exclusively is a massive cope.
So in your mind no one can possibly find a way to burn extra calories? That’s the fattest excuse ever.
The bible belt is the fattest part of North America. It’s a laziness problem pure and simple.
I was pretty clear that the spank was accepted and conversationally the stakes were raised.
Getting caught hiding under their bed after breaking and entering.
Christianity is Judaism for the gentiles.
I’d feel challenged and attempt to initiate a high stakes game of rock, paper, scissors.
Sure it does while you’re exercising you aren’t stuffing your face. If you exercise you are more prone to not wanting that work to go to waste, you’re more invested. Your arguments are terrible. Exercise has been an intricate part of European society for thousands of years. Moving is a choice, food is a choice, and you yanks have given up both willingly.
