Single mode preterminated cable for sure since it can handle any bandwidth and single mode fiber is a pain to terminate . Definitely make sure it’s plenty long . You can coil extra but would be so sad if it’s too short. I would get at least two cables and test them before you run them. Occasionally they are cracked. I also got armored burial grade even though I put it in a conduit because it is stronger to pull and rodent resistant. The ubiquiti 10gbe sfp transceivers worked great but fs ones can be cheaper.
