It’s not a true LoJack if its plugged into the OBD port, but it definitely needs to be removed. If you didn’t buy the car from this dealer, get ready to bend over. Any dealer is going to charge obscene money just to look at it. I would take it to a specialist, like Earmark Audio, or Car Toys. They always have a resident expert without dealership overhead.
It’s air for sure. It’s a one man job only if you’ve done it before, and have the right tool. Bleeder.
