It’s hard to “set your expectations accordingly” when you go from baldur’s gate 3 and Kingdom come Deliverance 2 to this. It makes me wonder what could have been before development was restarted.

3.5 is the first time I played D&D. Still some of the most fun I had in D&D mostly because my DM said “fuck it, why not?” toy character idea. A Gargoyle Cleric of Kord, War Domain.

My all time favorite is Hunter: The Reckoning in the original World of Darkness. It has all the angsty late 90s early 00s feel that I hit my teenage years during(turned 13 in '99). The game itself is Supernatural but you’re not Sam or Dean.

D:TDA is different from the other Doom games. It has a lot of different mechanics.

It really is. I remember the music of Doom 2016 and Eternal being something I wanted to listen to even after I stopped playing. The music of D:TDA just…I can’t remember once I turn the game off.

That could also be the case I’m not going to purport myself to be any sort of Lemmy expert. I just feel like it would make sense that if a community is morally opposed to the idea of downvotes they would try anything they could or would put any sort of thing in place that would allow them to safeguard against that.

Initially I was told it was for religious and/or hygiene reasons, And while the religious reasons are still there in the religions the hygiene reasons are pretty much negated by taking a daily shower and having good personal hygiene.

My stepping away from My religion occurred I think about 5 years ago. So my middle-ish thirties. Right about the time that they tried to make it illegal for women to be able to have access to medical services. And I argued that if the government has the ability to force a person to bring another person to term then the government has the level of authority it needs to take away your guns or do any other thing that would impose its rule over you via force. And when the church people who finally pulled the mask off and said yeah but at least this version of tyranny is okay according to the Bible was when I stepped away. Prior to that I had struggled with the concept of if there is a being that could have created all of existence, us as human beings would be like a flea trying to comprehend the lunar landing. And if a being of that caliber exist I cannot fathom that it would care whether or not you touched yourself at night. Or who you were in the bed with.

You can make something levitate, removing the need for it to be supported.
