Nice thing about physical is I can lend, sell, or buy a used game. Usually much cheaper than the digital price. Can’t do that with most digital games. 🤷♂️

I would dual boot windows (I know) and install iTunes from there. I never was able to figure out a way to sync music from Linux.

I don’t think all HOAs are bad. If you want your neighborhood looking uniform and always kept up then HOA is the only way to go. I don’t like another layer of bureaucracy but I can see why some people do.
