What’s crazy is I believe it and everything said in quotations is true. They expect you to not care about your coworkers and look away and keep working.

And then after all the abuse and neglect, and you decide to cut ties with them, they don’t know what they did wrong to you all these years, but they’ll still make sure that even after the point of no contact, to try and ruin your life because if they dont get to talk to you, nobody should.

You might be able to long press on your lock screen. The option to edit your lock screen to remove or add widgets should come up.
