I couldn’t care less, I use one band until it wears out, replace it and repeat.

I use one every single weekday to access my pipe rack on top of my leer cap. Three years at least, no damage at all

And it works perfectly now on 10.2 with the option to turn it off for those who don’t like it

I only hated the loss of swipe to change faces, I liked the other changes. I was even getting used to using the Smart Stack instead of face changes, but now that ‘swipe to change’ has returned as an option I’m very happy.
