These guys are developing Peertube and you take this opportunity to complain about nonsense?

Na man I’m just realistic. I have never met anyone who recommended Witcher 1/2 online or irl. It’s always about Witcher 3, and that’s because it’s still very playable and one of the best games ever.
It’s the less extreme version of Baldur’s Gate 3. Technically, there are two other games, but you won’t seriously recommend games 1 and 2 to anyone.
I know you understand my point, and it’s easier to say I’m a snowflake rather than actually say anything useful.

I tried going back to Witcher 1 and 2 after playing 3 and it’s impossible to adjust to the older game UI. Modding or tweaking it is also not worth it imo so I wouldn’t mind another Geralt game.

Edit: Also my friend 100% the new Doom game on the highest difficulty in 21 hours. Doom games are short in general.

Granted I didn’t stop for collectables and was on normal mode. I tried Eternal but got bored after 2 hours so that’s what I’m basing it off.
My steam friends currently have about 17 hours (they bought it early) but they like collecting stuff and getting 100% achievements. I’m not sure how long the story is without 100%ing it but it shouldn’t be too different from the other games.

Does therapy actually help you if you know what your problem is? Also knowing that they’re talking to you because it’s their job feels like the whole thing is a lie and a waste of time.

You’re comment implied that it’s better for assholes to not interact with women. The only way to reduce misogyny is to encourage more interaction with women.
I’m not saying everyone should bang everyone else, I’m just saying your attitude towards these idiots is also idiotic.
Good, grbage humans won’t pass on their genes

IEatDaGoat@lemm.eeto memes@lemmy.world•What do you think will the tech bros jump on next?11·3 months agoBasically AI research is the study of the mathematics of knowledge learning and reasoning. Models aren’t just ‘linear regression’ and you could say linear regression is a beautifully simple way to find patterns in high dimensional space it’s just word choice. You can hate on the hype all you want but it isn’t going away because it was always here before the hype.
Would you be annoyed if, when you asked someone “Where’s the nearest train station?” they answered “It’s on Earth!”?
Na this shit is nasty. There are food carts that give out better-looking food and more quantity for around 5-7 dollars. This just makes me want to throw up.
IEatDaGoat@lemm.eeto memes@lemmy.world•What do you think will the tech bros jump on next?3·3 months agoAll computing is just shit tons of math operations.
I agree, and “computing” is a great umbrella term for all math operations. And there’s a reason you used the term LLM instead of AI, and that’s because LLM better describes what you’re referring to. The name reflects the function or the most defining characteristic of what you’re referring to.
The way people throw around ‘Artificial Intelligence’ feels wrong to me. The words “Artificial Intelligence” suggest these models are conscious or sentient, which they’re not, so the term ends up being misleading.
So while it’s not technically wrong to use “AI” as a catch-all for anything data-driven, I don’t think it’s nearly as useful or accurate as more specific terms like LLM.
Also, when I hear people use the term AI, it’s usually by those who have no idea what they’re actually talking about. It’s always in the vague, buzzword-y context of “we need to AI our processes” even though, realistically, most systems already have some form of “AI” baked in.
Edit: It’s just a huge buzzword that’s starting to lose meaning to me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qbylbEek-M&t=26s
Davinci, yes but it can be frustrating to set up.
Unreal, I’m pretty sure yes. I don’t see why not. I think it takes effort to setup though.
Adobe, No.
You might unironically want to go for Mac. Either the laptop or desktop XD
