I had a bad wheel sensor and the infotainment center crashed. I just had the center crash on October 5th and it was installed yesterday.

That comes out to 1.6 problems per car for a Toyota. I have had 2 problems in 5000 miles so that sounds about inline.
Do you have your defroster on and the air recirculation off?
