I don’t what you mean by that ? I’m on the contents tab of that torrent in Qbittorrent, to play the game, I open the folder in which I have saved this game and double click the exe. But if I run the game, some files get updated and the bottom 5 files now, don’t match the ones in the torrent. Because of which I have to delete the exe and other small files and redownload them through the torrent to keep the full torrent seeding.

The save files are stored in appdata so that doesn’t affect the game and my saves are safe.

Am I doing it all wrong, should I just hardlink the big files into another folder on the disk and then copy those exe and other small files and double click the exe that is in the new folder ?

This way the torrent directly would be unchanged and I’d get to enjoy the game without being worried about the small files being updated/changed everytime I double click the exe ?

Notify me if you find them, I avoid game torrents because of this unpacking shit, I’ve got Fiber connection and don’t need to save any bandwidth.

But because all the big uploaders love compressing the fuck outta games, it just takes up 1.5 - 2 times the space on my disk, can’t delete the torrent because I want to seed too.

I believe some uploader cs.rin.ru uploads pre-installed games as I read about him in a comment. But I wasn’t able to find them.

All this has made me switch do DDL sites for games.

And if you’re thinking that you’d only find porn there, then you’d be wrong, I’ve more often than not have found patreon content of regular podcasters and other people who don’t do porn on Coomer.

Switch to ProtonVPN, they don’t have any problem with Torrents and allow unlimited bandwidth usage. Windscribe can go fuck themselves

And used a Password Manager, so your password don’t end up on haveibeenpwned after their site gets hacked by assholes who do not understand code of war
