  • I bought my 2018 3 at Eldorado Mazda and still take it there for regular maintenance. I think the buying experience was good, but I wouldn’t be able to say how it is now. They let me test drive one before buying obviously.

The regular maintenance there is good, they haven’t tried to push weird, expensive maintenance on me besides the fuel induction service and transmission oil change, but I believe all Mazda dealerships do this, just do your research before agreeing to those. I think they ask too early. I just wish they were a little more careful when removing my wheels and sometimes I see my steering wheel greasy when they return my car. They almost always leave dings on the rims by the lug nuts. I haven’t gone to other mazda dealerships for maintenance so I can’t comment on how it compares to others. And the parts department is great, I have always been able to find oem replacement parts there and they order them quickly.

And even though you’re buying a new car, inspect the car for damage before you drive off, my car had a gouge on the paint, I believe it was like that since I drove it home new. I was able to get it repaired later though, but at my own expense
