Yes they are, as human nature hasn’t changed. Those with power will always seek to abuse those without. Unions level the power imbalance.

Remember, red states are literally bringing back child labor. How long until they suggest doing away with weekends or only working 40 hours in a week?

Look at what unions have recently achieved for their members. None of those things would have happened without the unions.
