I have over 1000ft cmp cat6 cable. I plan on doing cable runs in my house soon, reading through subreddits always mention want to run cmr for walls to keep cost low but dont mention why the need to use cmr instead of cmp. Question is since plenum is rated to withstand most temperatures can i just use that for everything or do i need to buy cmr just for rises(wall)? Trying to keep everything safe in case of fire and want to do it right before i invest time and money.
