Hi, everyone!

I’m moving into a new apartment soon, and the building has a Fibre connection. When talking to the ISP about the setup, they told me that I’ll have a DSL modem/router in the apartment. The apartment is a few years old, and has just 4 floors. Should I be concerned that it’s DSL into the apartment as opposed to getting the fibre connection there, or is this maybe just a cost-saving way of handling the setup? That is, route fibre into the building, but distribute to the apartments via DSL? If that’s the case, will I lose any of the benefit of the great connection?

Thanks, everyone! Have a nice weekend.
