    What does it then mean? I’m confused

    Edit: Oh, does it refer to Mel Robbins’s book?

      That since it was on the ground for 5 seconds it wasn’t good anymore and had to be thrown out.

        I’m gonna choose to believe it’s about that book. The guy spent 5 seconds thinking about his life and chose to quit crime.

        Granted, I’ve only seen a 1 sentence tldr of the book so this might be a bad take lol

      I think it IS the 5 second rule, but interpreted as “you can only pick it back up within 5 seconds”. Since my mental version specified eating the fallen object, I didn’t make the connection immediately. It’s just a “me” problem.
