So I know that VPNs will generally uncap ISP throttling from video streaming, but will it uncap throttling in general? For example a place im going to has a basic wifi plan which is free but only gives 1-5mpbs, just enough for basic web browsing and maybe low quality video, or i can buy the “premium” wifi access which unlocks HD video streaming etc… If i use a vpn will it by pass that “pay wall” for better speeds or no?
