HK is full off… well… western far east intelligent personnel, so what to expect…
And China can’t take advantage of it… cause problem in the end. If China can keep it’s enemies closer in HK, they will have more information than what they have now… but they kick almost anyone from the gov sadly…

I’m not well informed on that topic in general but I do know that it’s rather common in Japan to adopt grown men for the purpose of installing them as successors in the family business.
