I found another bug with the email relay configuration I’d setup so I just updated the instance to handoff directly to sendgrid for sending emails, hoping that fixes any further email authentication issues going forward. That being said, I purged all the unverified users in hopes of giving people a shot at re-registering if they’d attempted previously and gotten stuck. Also cleared out about 150 bots.
