So, this is Elrik, my Harengon barbarian. A few pieces of info I think could be relevant:

-He was a gladiator before the adventure started, so I want a fairly bright color scheme to make him eye catching, as the gladiators are the focus of the fight

-I plan on having him be path of the giant, and I’m going to take the giant strike feat, not quite sure on which specific variant I’m going to go for, but I’m thinking either Frost or Stone as those specific variants I think would fit best for a gladiator going for an intense fight

-He primarily uses a greataxe, but also has a boomerang and a trident.

    Looks pretty good to me!
You can certainly go all flashy on gladiators. I think some Roman ones had peacock feathers, gold trims, silver this/that or whatnot depending on who they were fighting for. Kinda like sports teams colors.

Looking at the screenshot, I’m not sure if the biceps are clothing or his fur because of the color choice?
That’s really not a problem and it works either way for a gladiator though.

Are you looking to get this printed, or just the digital portrait?

Anyway, it’s been a while since I’ve used heroforge but I imagine he could strike a pose holding his battleaxe out in one hand and (riling?) the crowd with the other.
(Riling might not be the right word, but like… open hand facing up, arm out like he’s motioning for the crowd to rise and make noise? There’s probably a word that doesn’t come to for that but you get the idea). I think that’d make an amazing pose for a gladiator.

Cool thing about Hereforge is you can save/clone the guy and try a new pose whenever.

Personally I dig the color scheme

Having bright vibrant clothes adds a lot to characters especially when they can be complements to other colors on the characters
