Hi all,

I have been tasked to set up an office phone system. We are an Australian small business with 10 employees. We would like to have 3 physical handsets, be able to forward incoming calls to mobile numbers and have on-hold music/service.

Are there ways to set this up without paying a monthly subscription to a provider? Or is it best to go through a provider?
