Those are mostly bot instances.
It could be nice for transparency purpose to publish a list of reasons for each blocked instance. ( Could be even better if Lemmy supported that out-of-the-box but I don’t think this is a top priority right now).
Huh, I wonder why cloudsecurityofficehours was defederated. I haven’t checked, but the name sounds pretty non-malicious.
I checked and I didn’t get anything when I tried to visit. That was the case for most of the ones I tried.
