Basically:

  • Onions
  • Chickpeas
  • (Canned) Tomatoes
  • Vegan Yoghurt
  • Garam Masala

Served with basmati rice

    Ratatouille, the provencale version (stew like). Eggplant, bell pepper, onion, garlic, zucchini, tomatoes and sometimes olives, I serve with either baguette or rice.
