When’s the next BRICS conference?
It’s from 22 to 24 of August. Given the sheer number of interested countries I think their expansion might be a lot slower and more careful, and not all interesting ideas will get discussed in full. Putin has also announced he won’t be there in person due to ICC nonsense, but will still participate through the Foreign Minister.
