Price of admission seems a bit steep but our family will still probably check it out. It’s something to do together.

I walked by it with my wife last year without going in.

On social media posts, the truck prices didn’t have any sort of discount considering you’re already paying $10 just to get in. Why even bother, just take your $10 and go get a bubble tea instead.

I might go check it out if there was no cost to get in and prices were cheaper than bricks and mortar stores like food trucks and pop ups are supposed to be.

It’s like they’ve followed the scam of the night market.

Pay to get in then pay even more for the same food you can get anywhere easily. It’s nothing special.

Edit: it was a longer event this year, 2 or 3 evenings? If their admission price was $9 for a 3 day pass I’d try it. But for 1 day not a chance.

It’s as if people going don’t know that night markets are all free admission in asia. People would just laugh their asses off and go elsewhere if they had to pay to get in.
