TORONTO — Even if Saturday’s 4-0 Maple Leafs win over the Nashville Predators was a bit light on entertainment, it felt like exactly the kind of game Sheldon Keefe would want from his team. Outside of a few errors in their own zone courtesy of some of the team’s bottom four defencemen, the Leafs put up a fairly low event and dominant, structured performance. Defensively they excelled, too.
The best part is we didn’t let in 3 goals or more.
And the right number of goals allowed to worry a bit less about Woll.
