Gmc Transmission out at 60k miles.

I’ve got a 2017 limited with 64k miles that just had a transmission totally fail. Has anyone else seen this happen? I’ve averaged less than 10k miles per year and don’t tow anything. Dealership says I am 4k miles outside of powertrain warranty so nothing they can can do.

Yep that’s pretty common. Those 6 and 8 speed GM automatics are complete junk transmissions.
