I assumed the IHD was receiving data from the meters and pushing it to the account, is that not how it works?
minus-squarewewbull@feddit.uklinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up3·edit-21 year agoNo, the meters communicate directly over a mesh network setup between neighbouring meters. I think somewhere they’ll be a cell tower connection or something. The IHD is solely for you to look at, or not.
