Car squealing again after replacing tensioner pulley

So yesterday I replaced my tensioner pulley, just the pulley. It was fine after around 25 miles and then it started squeaking when I accelerated. I first replaced my tensioner pulley cause I kept hearing a constant squeak that didn’t change with acceleration but now it does change with acceleration…how can I fix it now?
