Both are good, however 3D modeling often requires more GPU than CPU, at least in renders. The difference is small so don’t bother, I recommend getting the better GPU as the CPU tends to get old slower than the GPU.
tbh best solution for him is to get desktop. Gheyming laptop with 3060ti and i5-12500h can do more than overkill job for him. I bet even for his projects intel XE graphics is enough. But he even didn’t bother to google from what specks benefit software he uses and just dupe dumb topics. Almost all modern 3d software uses multithread CPU power all the time, GPU works barely for orbiting. Dude can force use GPU for rendering if he clever enough to google
