Not getting enough voltage to battery

My 04 Saturn ions started went to shit. The car sat for a good while before I got to fixing it.

I’ve replaced the battery, starter and alternator. However I’m only getting 11.3 volts or there about going back to the battery.

Any ideas of where the fault could be?

While running? Likely an alternator.

When you say you’re only getting 11.3V, is this while the engine is running or turned off?
