Jumping Fuel Pump Relay

Could anyone tell me which of these slots I need to jump to jump my fuel pump relay. Water got into the tank and I can’t seem to siphon it all out. Also any ideas on how I can empty the last 5 or so gallons out of the tank I’d be forever grateful. I tried using ISO HEET but it doesn’t seem to have worked.

440 and 920 is my best guess…

without year make model to see where the wires go…
