There is a fast charger by me that is free so thats why i use the fast charger.

My 2022 kia niro was charging at 45kw…and now my 2023 kia is charging at 30kw at the se charger.

Why?

    Could be colder outside, the battery could be fuller, could be that the charger is malfunctioning, could be any number of other things.

    Does this happen to be a Chargepoint charger? Their power modules are 30kW, so that unit could be down to one functional power module.

    A few things come to mind. If this is your level 1 charger you can change the amps on the big brick like shape at the end of the cord from 6 amps to 12 amps. Otherwise, it was set to charge slowly in your cars EV settings; look in the EV settings to change the speed of the charge.
