I have 2022 ford escape 28k miles when do I service my trans and how? Any ford techs?

My car has almost 30k miles and I was wondering when do I service my trans? It’s the base model fwd turbo 3 cylinder 1 liter. Is this something I can do at home? Or do I need speciality tool for the job? Can someone point me in the right direction?
