My Mazda 3 sedan’s battery is dead. I tried to charge it using jumper cables but the engine won’t start. I think the battery needs replacement.

Now, the vehicle is still under warranty but how do I get the battery replaced? I can’t even take the car to the service center. Does Mazda provide some sort of assistance in this case?

Ya it’s still under its own warranty. It’s easy to remove from the vehicle. The stock Panasonic batteries are pretty weak. I’d just go aftermarket if you can afford it like AGM (group 35) from Costco.
