Not sure where to find them. I can’t find it in the owners manual and I can’t find a service manual.

you don’t need to torque them. they have stops. tighten till they stop, then give it one more good umph and it’s good.
Spark plug normally comes with the torque information. Use that. It maybe angle tighten method. That only applies the first time it’s installed.
Just going by feeling is common too.
