CVRP is a goner. I saw a news article that said a new program will be wrapped up into Clean Cars For All and be for low income but no specific details about who qualifies and what terms.

Thanks. Theres also a $4k credit from my local utility company (PGE). With 4k from fed and 4k from utility for a used EV, thats already pretty good. Just wondering though if I should wait to see what else the state offers
If you are “high income” (i.e. $150k single / $300k household), 2024 is likely not going to be any better. If you’re in that boat, I would take advantage of the lease loophole before it closes
