2016 VW GLI, Mechanic says oil pan replacement will only take a day. I’m worried the sealant won’t have enough time to dry. Should I worry about or ask them to keep it a day before they put oil?

Some RTV sealants are ready to go in less than an hour. The Right Stuff doesn’t need any cure time. Worry about the things you’re in charge of and let the shop worry about the things they’re responsible for.
