Is anyone aware of a resource that compares infotainment experiences across existing EVs? It seems like this is often overlooked (or at least not gone over in depth) in vehicle reviews.
That’s a good question. There are reviews comparing Range, Pack capacity, and other metrics accross differnt models so it’s reasonable to see one for the interface.
Not that I have seen outside of China. You’d be better off stating your general area and what EVs you are interested in. Last I heard Polestar 2 has Android Automotive in USA. But going forward as more EVs have it the next question is how vanilla is it or did the EV maker some how make it worse?
I have watched videos from dealerships up in Canada that spend a lot of effort reviewing EVs. Live streams with q&a.

Google says that with 16GB in daily writes and 16GB of free space, you would have total storage death in 10 years (and storage problems earlier than that). The Yukon ships with around 38GB of free space, so you should be fine for a while.
Honestly after using the Ioniq 5’s native maps a bit I kind of like it better than Google Maps with AAuto if only because it actually shows me what I will see on the road with road signs and stuff like that. I feel like maps has been extremely finicky for me in the last few years, especially in dense metros.
