Fixing to replace the clutch in my wife’s 2000 hand me down honda prelude. She probably isn’t the best at driving a standard but she likes it and it’s not her main driver. It’s bone stock and have no plans of increasing horsepower. My question is which clutch should I go with. I want something she won’t tear up but not the fast and furious on nitrous launching off the line. Also is there other stuff I should change/upgrade while I’m in there. Like flywheel etc. just glancing through summit and there are so many choices. Or should I just go to stealership and stick with OEM ?

Get the flywheel resurfaced and buy stock clutch. I think luk is the clutch kit you want. A lighter flywheel will be much harder to drive and cheap clutches will burn fast.
