I’m looking at buying a Mazda. The standard warranty has less than a year on it, but they offer an extended warranty for $2,800. Worth it?

I’ve had a turbo Mazda6 for a couple of years now, 30,000km, no issues so far. Just keep up with the regular maintenance, don’t beat the hell out of it and you should be fine!

I always said no, but wondering if the number and cost of computer modules in the car is changing that philosophy.

Don’t waste your money. I bought a 2019 Mazda 3GT hatchback brand new and a 2017 CX9 Signature. My biggest regret is buying the extended warranty for both
