2013 Kia optima with 2.4l. won’t turn on. Won’t even crank for the most part. Clicks like it’s a bad starter. Starter has been replaced. Alternator is good. Battery is good. All fuses and relays have been checked. All grounds seem good. If I hook a booster up to battery and give it 14volts I can get a very slow and small crank out of it but stops right away. Has a code for camshaft position sensor but had that when it was running and I’ve never heard of that causing a no crank.

I fear that maybe the motor is locked up but I’m far from a mechanic. I’m gonna see if I can move the crank pulley bolt later but was checking if anybody had any ideas of what to check or what my problem might be.

    Can you turn it by hand at the crankshaft? Big ass wrench on the harmonic balancer bolt and twist clockwise. Be careful not to leave the wrench on there if you go try to use the key. Bad times
