I think in general, people care a bit less about the sprints.
Plus, we’re still building up the community here on lemmy.

General engagement numbers have dropped off a little since the initial Lemmigration. I suspect it’ll improve over time. Also, it’s in the middle of the day on Saturday. A load of people will not stay at home both days of the weekend to watch F1.
I guess the problem was on my side. The instance I created my account had some database problems after the 18.3 update and hence I could not see many new posts, etc. Hell they recover to a snapshot which meant that my account (which I had created after the update) disappeared.
I notice that the community is often dead during the sprint races. Any reason behind that¿?
