Just got my subie back from the tuners, making a respectful 200kws, car runs perfect (almost).

Under load (but not always) it makes a ‘puffing’ noise, like boost is leaking but then vents enough that the leak shuts and then pressure builds and it leaks again, it is a pretty quick cycle.

It does this in all modes (si drive).

Car was smoked tested and they found a small leak under the bypass valve which was resolved and the car has run better since, but its still making the puffing noise.

I tried to record the sound on my phone but its pretty quiet compared to my exhaust.

Any one had something similar or any ideas?
