The same car, it’s a 1997 Lincoln Towncar (Signature), the windshield wipers make a clicking sound but aren’t moving. What should I do so they’ll work correctly? Thanks for everyone’s help and responses, also the same for my previous post about the same car.

    Assuming the fuse and relay are both good, it could be that the wiper motor is bad or “scissor” mechanism attached to the motor under the cowl is binding up or has broken. Hope for the fuse or relay. Pulling a wiper motor assembly will ruin an afternoon.
